This privacy policy describes how VideoLED S.r.l.s. processes the personal data of visitors to www.videoled.it, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018.

Data we process and why
- Browsing data. The systems that run this website collect, during normal operation, some data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet protocols (IP address, browser type, time of the request, pages visited). These data are used only to run the website and to ensure its security, and are kept for the time required by law.
- Data you send us. If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail address, telephone number and the content of your message) to answer your request. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Data are kept for the time needed to handle the request and, if a contract follows, for the duration of the business relationship and the legal retention periods.
- Client area. Access credentials and the data of registered clients are processed to provide the reserved services, for the duration of the contract.
- Cookies and statistics. This website uses technical cookies and, subject to your consent, third-party cookies for statistics (Google Analytics) and embedded videos (YouTube). Details, providers and your choices are available on the Cookie Declaration page, where you can change your consent at any time.
Recipients
Data may be processed by our hosting provider (Aruba S.p.A., Italy) and, where you consent to it, by Google Ireland Ltd for statistics and video services. Data are not sold and are not transferred outside the European Economic Area except under the safeguards provided by the GDPR.
Your rights
You may at any time ask for access to your data, their rectification or erasure, the restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@videoled.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
